Stingray Leather

Stingray is a fish caught in the Indian Ocean. The surface of the entire stingray is covered with small, round nodules of bone  so that it is unique and recognizable. The skin is soft to the touch in spite of the bone covered surface that has a hardness similar to ceramics. Stingray can be polished (sanded flat) or in its natural form known as caviar.
